Shipping is FREE within Australia. Standard 10% GST charges are added during checkout.

Shipping usually takes up to 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped. Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays. Please note that from time to time unforseen delays may occur such as credit card processing delays or a product may go on backorder, which may delay the processing of your order by several days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

After receiving your order & payment we will ship most items within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays. We provide competitive International shipping rates by express air.

International Shipping/Postal fees are determined by total order weight. Delivery time is usually 5 - 10 days. GST charges do not apply to international orders outside Australia; however, International customers might have to pay an import duty. Please, contact your local custom office for more information. Comfy Uggs is not responsible for loss or damage of customers orders in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

Average shipping costs are: United Kingdom - £10, Rest of Europe - 15EUR, USA - US$20, Canada - CA$24, Japan - ¥2,400. Exact shipping charges will vary depending on the total weight and the destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout process and are added to the order total before your payment is made.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange or refund items in the rare event that a product is found to be defective. Shipping charges are not refundable. All products sold by Comfy Uggs are covered by 30 day manufacturer's warranty. To return goods contact us for instructions. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt date with all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery and 15% re-stocking and processing fees. Please note shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do accept order cancellations if you let us know before we have shipped your order. We dispatch most orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time you place your order. Please note 15% cancellation fee applies.
